Hello, hello out there. This is Dad Poker Podcast for June 19th, 2022.

A happy Father's Day out there for everybody. It's Father's Day today. I, as a dad myself,

I'm more than happy to be doing this show, super excited to do it, but with no Adam and no Daniel.

It is, it's a, it's a, we don't even have a word for this. We're, we're like a truck poker

podcast or trit, rich poker podcast. Yeah. Terry, Terry, bro. Just me and the man with all the knobs, Ross Henry, what's going on, man? What in the world's going on? What in the world is going on? What in the world is going on? The WCP's going on. It's been a while. We haven't been able to do this show, as you guys know, Daniel out there grinding every day, sometimes twice a day. Sometimes if there's an online tournament three times a day,

but we had to put a show together. I actually went to the World Series of poker. The last one of these

we did started off by me lamenting that I wasn't going to make it. But in-laws came to the rescue,

took my kid for a week.

And I went off to Vegas.

I played at the very first World Series of poker at Ballets in Paris.

So I've now played in my third WSOP venue.

Things are looking pretty good over there.

You know, it's getting good reviews. Most,

most things are pretty popular. I'd say, I'd say the only kind of negative is probably the food

situation in the evening tournaments. That's a bit tough, because day ones of the 3 p.m. tournaments

have no dinner breaks. But if you're a no limit guy, you're out there, I think people are appreciating it. People are liking for the most part being on the strip. We kind of predicted these things, that the locals would be a little bit less happy because you got to deal with the parking situation. But even the locals I've heard from the parking situation, it's not that bad. It's pretty good. A lot of people grinding up status at Caesar properties. It's been going, it's been going pretty well. It's been getting pretty good reviews. Logistics have been good. Lignups mostly haven't been too bad. They've had all staff, good staff. I think the dealers that dealt to me were excellent. Again, I don't play the no limit stuff too much. So I don't know how it was there.

We had a few things. It's kind of like moving on from an abusive relationship. Like anything,

any upgrade from the Rio seems to be. I don't know. I mean, like, I still, there's still

a couple things about the Rio that were all right. I mean, obviously the food situation was bad at the Rio, but then All-American Dave came to the rescue, the last few years

of the Rio. But apparently people miss Starbucks, even though Starbucks was a bit of a track.

Starbucks was a bit of a trek. There was one room without air conditioning, I think, for a little bit.

Yes. Yeah, there was, there was definitely without air conditioning, I think, for a little bit. Yes. At Ballet's.
