Hello everyone. Welcome back. Thank you so much for being here today for sharing your time with me and your energy. I'm really excited for you to hear this episode. I am joined today by my dear friend, Britta Plug.

Britta and I have known each other for a few years,

and you may know her as the co-founder of Wildling Beauty,

a guasha company that sells the most beautiful stones and educates and I love my wildling guasha stone.

I use it all the time. She's also the creator of the sovereign beauty membership and the

creator of Green Beauty Academy. But today we don't talk about guasha at all. We don't talk about her as an

esthetician. We don't talk really about beauty. We do talk about healing, but we talk about

soul deep learning. And I was sending messages back and forth with Britta on the 4th of January.

We had gone through a wave of not talking as much.

She and I kind of have these waves.

You know how you have some friends where you go really, really deep for a couple of weeks

or maybe a couple of months, and then you fall off of each other's radar

for a little bit and it's totally okay because when you pick back up it's like you've you pick up

exactly where you left off it's like you haven't skipped a beat that's what brittah and i share

and so on january fourth we had come back again, and we were both just so excited about
