her here in just one second well you made me think the other day I wanted to ask

you this question I was watching your Instagram stories a couple of days ago and you were talking about

how you will lay in bed at night overthinking things.

I want you to take me through that process. Like what are you thinking about?

Because I saw a whole bunch of people liking it

and feeling the same way.

Man, I'm getting myself so drugged up

before I go to sleep.

I'm not overthinking about anything.

So is the whole day days stress right before you go to bed?

It depends. Sometimes I'm thinking about things that happen that particular day, things I may have

said earlier, things I may have done earlier, sometimes I'm thinking about things I have to do, like that week or tomorrow.

Sometimes I'm thinking about something I did five years ago that I haven't.

It's just like literally, as soon as my eyes closed my brain just is party time.

Do you think you keep yourself so busy during the day that you don't give yourself

time to think about those things so the first time you have during the day is that five minutes

before you actually doze off and that's when it occurs. That's exactly what I do.
