Today my guest is Stephanie Snyder.

Stephanie is an inspiring vignasa teacher who teaches workshops and presents at festivals and conferences around the world.

Stephanie also has an incredibly strong and devoted community of students in San Francisco.

She's spent years serving this community and now she's creating a home base in her soon

to be open studio in San Francisco called Love Story.

So I talked to Steph about Love Story, how she came up with that great name and also about the unexpected benefits of

focusing on your local students. I think in this time of the traveling yoga teacher

it can seem so glamorous and we can forget just how important

it is to commit to teaching and being there for your local students.

Steph is also a mom so I got to ask her questions about yoga and motherhood. And she's really gifted at incorporating philosophy

into vignasa classes in a really modern, relevant,

down-to-earth way, which I think is difficult to do. So I really enjoyed

interviewing staff and I know you'll enjoy what she has to share.
