Of course we just spoke to Riley Strain's family and he is the missing 22 year old University of Missouri college student who disappeared 11 days ago after leaving a bar in Nashville alone.

So hopefully that ends well. Tonight we are back to discussing 13 year old Maddie Soto, Madeline

Soto. At the end of February she disappeared speaking of disappearing

people prompting a statewide missing child alert officials then confirmed

her body was later found in rural Osceola County just days after she was first reported missing.

Stepan Stearns, that is her mother's boyfriend. The mother's name is Jennifer Soto. He is the prime suspect in

Madeline's disappearance. He's also accused of moving her body in the morning

hours of Monday, February 26th after after killing her in Kissimmee, this all according to the Orange County Sheriff's

Office.

The Emmy, as far as I know, we are still waiting at least publicly for cause of death, cause and manner

and today we've got an amazing panel so I wanted to look at some of the legal angles here
