You know, in this case of Madeline Soto, it's one of the most tragic cases that I've covered on this channel of Police Off the Cuff.

But one thing that's bothered me the whole way and still bothers me,

Stefan Stearns and Jennifer Soto, and you see it on the thumbnail, who is worse?

And the question that we've all been asking, we've all been asking for a while, is when will the hammer drop on Jennifer?

Because I have felt from day one, knowing what we all know about this case, that she is complicit in this case.

And we spoke about she could be charged through omission,

or she is directly an accomplice, definitely to the SA of her daughter, allowing her daughter

sleep with a grown man, a 37-year-old man, and condone that. But I think it may be even more egregious than that.

I think the police, the Kassemi police,

are still digging through evidence

and still looking for evidence that will implicate.

And I believe they have the evidence,

but I think when they do drop the hammer on this case,

when the hammer finally comes down on Jennifer Soto,

they want to make sure that the case will stick

and that she doesn't have it out.

Because she may be, to many, a sympathetic character in this.

I don't see how when her daughter, starting at the age of nine,

was abused by her boyfriend or boyfriends.

That's some of the new information that's coming out. And I think that

many, you know, it doesn't matter what we look at this thumbnail on the screen. Images
