I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

So what happened as the FBI investigates the death of Anna Kepner on a carnival horizon on November 7th.

Suspicious? You bet. You bet it is.

No one has used the word homicide yet, but they have said that the stepbrother, who is 16 years old, is a potential suspect.

So Anna Kepner, who you see in this thumbnail up on the screen, was found dead on a carnival horizon on November 8th.

Excuse me, I said the 7th.

Her stepbrother, who is 16, is under an investigation related to her death.

His mother wrote that this week in a legal filing.

The 16-year-old stepbrother of Anna Kepner, who was found dead aboard the

carnival ship, he's under investigation in her death. So what does that, where does that

leave us? And I will go into that. Where does that leave us? And I will go into that.

Where does that leave us?

Well, what we want to look into is the background of this young man, the background of this family,

this very blended family who you see in this picture with many of them, with their faces covered up, because they're juveniles.

So this is a blended family, and Anna was the stepsister.

Do we know what happened in her state room?

Well, not officially, but at this point, no doubt, the medical examiner knows the cause and manner of death.

And so much of this case, like most cases, and they're not using the word homicide yet,

but they're naming the 16-year-old, well, they haven't put his name out there.

They're just saying a 16-year-old stepbrother is a suspect.
