I'm Jason Gibbs today recapping day number five of practice here from the green

briar in West Virginia on today's show. We'll hear from head coach Kevin Stofansky,

linebacker Anthony Walker, wide receiver Elijah Moore, and cornerback MJ Emerson.

First up, it's head coach Kevin Stofansky talking to the media before day five of practice,

the first one after a day off as the team continues to ramp up to the 2023 season.

Okay, far away guys. Let's see a couple of injury up these Matthew in a boot and look like

Grant left at one point. Yeah, he's grants fine Matt Adams as a calf injury. He'll be out.

Not today, but he's getting real close. A couple of weeks. Yeah.

What do you expect to add to that?

Yeah, see a few more competitive periods. We're going to work some situations. We'll be back in

the red zone again. I think it's really important early to get red zone work because number one,

it also takes some running off of your receivers and the more you get in there and I just think it's

important for both sides, offensively defense to be locked in down there because we know that's

points. When do you start giving DTR more work for the candidate? Yeah, it's coming today.

Kevin, you guys brought back Anthony Walker. Just what does he mean, I guess, you know,

from an intangible standpoint and then just the work he's done to come back from that injury?

Yeah, intangibles are hard to describe, obviously, but his presence, his felt really throughout

the building, meeting rooms, weight room on the field. He's a pro's pro and just with his career

and when he's been able to accomplish and plays at a high level and then provides great leadership

off the field. With that, Kevin, he's been around for a while. You have a serious injury like that.
