The Bengals put their franchise tag reportedly on T. Higgins.

They're also pursuing, there's also reports from Jeremy Fowler, ESPN, saying they're trying to make sure that they actually sign him, T. Hendrickson, and Jamar Chase, long term.

Now, I don't know about all of that, but the franchise tag going on T. Higgins takes him off the board for the Steelers.

There's no way the Bengals would ever trade him to Pittsburgh.
