Welcome back to another episode of the Action Academy podcast, Corporate America's least

favorite podcast. Guys, on this podcast, we teach you how to replace corporate with cash flow,

which means most of the episodes are teaching you how to generate more cash flow, generate more

income and or passive income, correct? So you can do what you want when you want with who you

But today, what we're going to be discussing is a cash flow management system. So it's not how to

increase your cash flow, but what to do with the cash flow that you have today in order to maximize

it. So instead of top line, we're talking about bottom line. So at the end of the day,

when you hear somebody saying, oh, we get $100,000 a cash flow or make a million dollars

of cash flow from our rental properties, they're talking about top line. All right? They're not

talking about profit. They're not talking about bottom line. So for people that are brand new to

maybe this world of this game, bottom line is your profit. You can call it net or net free cash flow. The top line. So for people that are brand new to maybe this world or this game, bottom line is your

profit. You can call it net or net-free cash flow. The top line is your gross revenue or top-line

revenue. That is just like the money that's coming in before you pay your expenses, before you pay your

debt services, before you pay your bills, D all of the above. And for the entire first year of Running Action

Academy, I didn't understand cash flow management. So I was so hell-bent on figuring out how to

increase our top-line revenue, the cash flow itself in the business that I didn't know how to

financially engineer the bottom line. So it took me an entire year

to figure it out. And once I did, it really clicked. And now we're doing it at scale. So now it's

basically gasoline port on the fire of the system, which I recommend for everything in business.

You start with the system before the scale. The system warrants and yields the scale. And the cash flow management system

that I use today is what's going to allow us to have over a million dollars in cash saved
