Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we work together to raise our vibration,

My name is Henry, and in this episode, we're going to talk about how you can stay positive

in difficult times when the results that you are

going for are simply not there how you can keep your positive mindset and enjoy the moment the now

and use that to fuel yourself to higher growth but before we get started we're going to take a few

moments to slow down zero in we're going to take some deep moments to slow down, zero in. We're going to take some deep, healing, meditated breaths.

And what we'll do is pick a word that represents a frequency that we want in our life.

It can be love, happiness, joy, abundance, whatever word you want.

You're going to say it over and over and over again, really charge yourself up with this frequency.

And then as you're holding

your breath visualize yourself doing something in that frequency and then once you exhale

anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state

so let's go ahead and take a deep breath in and out And out.

All right. Well, we're gonna do one more breath.

This one is all about frequency adjustment, about getting yourself in that highest vibration.

So imagine that you are surrounded by the most

healing, uplifting energy that exists. It could have a certain sound, smell, taste, temperature,

however you imagine it. And as you breathe it in, feel it changing your body, loosening up the

negativity, loosening up the weight, the heaviness that is holding you down,

and then as you exhale, visualize it leaving your body so that way you can be in the most
