Stevenson, Corporated, former senior advisor to the Secretary of State at the beginning

of the COVID-19 crisis of 2020-2021-2022 and for those still with long COVID for the

balance of their lives. There's a new report at the London Times, exhaustive to my understanding

of how the Times has put it together, in which the interviews included members of the

Intelligence Committee in the United States who gave access to the London Times to metadata,

to transcripts, to surveillance of telephone calls and linkages, all pointing to the Wuhan

Lab, yes, to purposeful construction of a virus that was immediately able to move from

human to human, and a cover-up, a massive cover-up, still underway, and part of the cover-up,

most upsetting to me, Mary, part of the cover-up, is those in the United States who had information

about the Wuhan Lab not being a responsible place for these experiments, and were very

muted during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic and still might be muted. I can't

tell because it's an article and I don't get to read the interviews that contribute to it.

What is your reading of this, Mary? I know we could say there's no new information, but

it is challenging to think that China is the problem, and there are men and women in the

United States who abetted it and are not being candid.

Well, China, I think this is the biggest scandal in modern history. The Wuhan virus has killed

millions of people. It sent the global economy into a tailspin, depriving many people of their

abilities, support themselves and their family. It has, as you say, afflicted many more with

a long COVID and symptoms that we still don't understand, and yet there's remarkably little

interest in holding the people accountable, who should be held accountable, namely the leadership

of the Chinese Communist Party that worked to cover up the origins of the virus, and those
