indication that the President of the United States is not the same as he was when he was vice

president for Mr Obama or for the early part of his second of his first term.

He's quite different than the general perception.

Unknown where we're going, but the overseas allies and adversaries don't have the time to wait.

I think President Biden's debate performance simply underscored what Vladimir Putin and

shejan ping had already concluded, which is essentially that unfortunately the U.S. commander-in-chief is in decline.

That his condition is not likely to change,

that he is forgetful, that he stumbles and unfortunately I think that confirmation of that

will only embolden these two leaders.
