Yes, hello, welcome to Inside the Huddall. We are back for more NFL chat. I'm your host, Neil Reynolds, joined as ever by my partner, Jeff Reimbold.

We're going to get to some news.

We are going to take some of your questions later in the mailbox,

and we'll continue our state of the franchise,

looking at the Washington Redskins and the Carolina Panthers.

Jeff, it's been a little while since we recorded.

Obviously, a week has gone past,

and a week is a long time in the NFL.

I know it's a few days old now, but I just want to get your take on the New York Jets firing

of Mike McCagnan, the general manager.

Doesn't it like Adam Gase get along with anyone?

He likes to clean house wherever he goes.

Well, you know what's really interesting you know obviously there had to

have been some power struggle inside that building and my understanding is that mcagin kind of shut

gays out of the draft process which didn't go down very well with adam gays as a matter of fact

he rearranged the chairs in the draft room

so that he was kind of out of the way on draft day.

And so anytime you've got that kind of stuff going on,

it's not a healthy environment.

Again, this is one of the things that concerns you with the Jets.

I mean, you know, it's been kind of this ongoing soap opera of things.
