We've been doing these kind of state of the Union style videos or episodes surrounding, you know, each of us takes on a team, we discuss kind of their strengths, weaknesses where they are in the current scope of the season, before we get into that map, Theo.

Theo, how are you guys doing today? I'm doing pretty well. I was up at a lighthouse way up north on Lake Superior a couple days ago. It's cool. And Matt, I saw someone who looked like you, they were dressed as a lighthouse keeper, and they were just kind of looking sad in their lighthouse uniform. And I was like, you said, it's giving Matt.

One hour, I know. Wait, I'm confused where they dressed as a lighthouse keeper. They were dressed as a lighthouse keeper. They weren't actually one. No, no, the lighthouse is no longer an operation. Okay, okay.

Are there any operating lighthouses in the world?

Yeah. What? I don't know. Is that even like a thing anymore?

I think so. I mean, there's still lots and stuff.

I fog still happens like it's not as important as it used to be because GPS exists. But I do believe that they turn on and light up and stuff that I'm not totally sure though.

I guess there's probably ones that are still going where I don't know. I was born too late.

Man, I was born too late to be a lighthouse keeper. That's the dream. I'd be a killer.

There are still hundreds of lighthouse in the US that remain operational with a few modern additions to improve their efficiency.

Okay. I got a chance. Yeah. To be a lighthouse keeper. Zillow fired up.

He's trying to find another job to get off of this podcast. No, Zillow is the house.

You should really look in both places if you want to get to a lighthouse. I would be interested in owning one. I would be interested in working at one.

It just give me a lighthouse. I'd like to own it so I could more freelance it type deal instead of dealing with management.

I think I think having like Airbnb, a lighthouse would go kind of crazy.

I'm sure that's a thing. Oh, you definitely could do it.

I love lighthouse's man. I feel such a spiritual connection to the lighthouse. I feel like it's such a stately thing.
