I'm Canadian A, so we had Thanksgiving a while ago.

Today, like all month, we've been talking about emotional maturity

or how we can get in touch with our emotions in a

healthy way.

We've been looking at how often in the church it seems like emotions are seen as the enemy and

logic is seen as the good and yet God is actually an emotional God and he gave us

our emotions in order to signal to us what is going on in our world, either our external

world or our internal world so that we can then make good decisions about

what to do next.

So that's all emotions are, is they are just signals to us and then it's our choice what

we do with them, but it's important that we allow ourselves to

feel those things and see those signals and it's important that we understand
