0:08.0	Like, I gotta focus on the things that I can control.

0:14.8	election you could sit there and go, oh my God what's going on in the world or you can
0:18.9	say I got to go to the gym. I got to do my gratitude. I can do my affirmations. I should call my mom until I love her I should call my wife
0:25.1	I should check him with my boys I should review my goals I should get back to doing what I do best
0:29.9	because that's the stuff that I have control of.
0:33.0	That's also by the way, what brings me certainty.
0:37.0	If you're watching this right now and you felt any ounce of uncertainty
0:40.0	the last week or so, I would ask you to consider, you felt uncertainty. You felt
0:47.3	uncertainty. I'm choosing to feel certainty. That's the way you move your
0:51.8	body. It's the questions that you your body. It's the questions that you
0:53.4	ask yourself. It's what you give your attention to. It's what you give your mind
0:57.8	space to. You have to decide at the end of the day, and I'm going to be bold and
1:02.3	say this, no president of the day, and I'm going to be bold and say this,
1:03.0	no president of the United States is my moral compass,
1:07.0	and they do not have the keys to my kingdom.
1:10.0	I'm in control, like you with me.
