And that's begin. When you're ready, you can close your eyes if you haven't done so,

and get as comfortable in the bed as you can.

And when you're comfortable, I want you to take a few slow deep breaths,

and you begin breathing slowly and deeply in and out.

And when you take these deep breaths, I want you to concentrate on your breathing,

and make sure that your breathing is coming through your stomach and your stomach slowly rises

in and out, and take another breath in with your stomach slowly moving and relax out.

You want to make sure that you're not breathing through your chest or upper shoulder area,

and that those parts of your body are very still when you're breathing.

Because when you do deep, nourishing breaths through your stomach,

you release hormones that are designed to help you relax and be at ease.
