Thank you so much for hanging out with us today. Big week around the league. We had a few trades shaking things up. We went over the ramifications of those on Wednesday's show with Ian Hart. It's a fantasy life. So go back and listen to that one if you haven't already. Now we got to get those fantasy lineups set for week seven. And that means it's time for start, sit starts it stash quit. So let's go over my favorite starts and sits for week seven. Then I'm going to give you a couple players that I think you should preemptively pick up. And this week had a couple running backs that I think should be rostered everywhere. They're both available in over 80% of leagues. And then of course we'll finish things off like we always do on these episodes with two players that I think it's time to just give up on entirely

Send them back to the waiver wire. Let's go get some higher upside options to throw at the end of your bench. So let's begin with the starts at quarterback

Baker Mayfield facing the Ravens and this is the rare time when you have a quality quarterback who's playing really,

really well, who's squaring off with a defense that is really struggling to stop the pass.

Mayfield seems so comfortable now in this buck's offense.

He's the second highest scoring fantasy quarterback behind only Lamar Jackson this year.

He's got great weapons around him.

He's also adding a little more with his legs this season, 136 rushing yards and two touchdowns

on the ground through six weeks.

And now he's going against the Ravens who are allowing the second most fantasy points

to passers.

Mayfield, a top seven fantasy quarterback in my rankings.

For running back, Tony Pollard at the Bills. And we've highlighted Pollard before on this show, and think back to before the season. The Titans coaching staff, they were talking about how this was going to be a hot hand backfield, how these guys were interchangeable. It hasn't really worked out that way at all. It's been mostly Pollard leading the way, and now his teammate, Taji Spears, he's week week with a hamstring injury. So Paulers is going to have even more of a chance to distance himself here. And he's earned it. Pollard's gone over 85 scrimmage yards in four of his five games this season. He's got multiple receptions in every outing. And he's found the end zone three times. That's combined to make him the RB-19 on a per-game basis.

And his opponent this week, the Bills, they're the second easiest matchup for fantasy

running backs, including giving up 169 scrimmage yards to Breece Hall on Monday night.

So no spears, a friendly matchup, that makes Pollard an RB1 this week.

At receiver, Zay Flowers at the Buccaneers, and Flowers has been one of the most boomer bust fantasy wide outs in 2024.

He's got three games over 90 yards.

He's got three games under 40 yards.

And now he's coming off back-to-back hundred yard efforts over the Bengals and the commanders.

And he gets this pass funnel bucks defense next.
