Great to have you hanging out with us today. Only a handful of these starts at stash quit episodes left, but the good news, we've made it to the final week of the fantasy regular season. Now we've got to see if we can get you over the finish line and into the playoffs and hopefully on your way to a fantasy championship and get you some bragging rights over your friends and your coworkers I mean that's what it's all about right you want to hold

that belt for the year. So let's do our best to get you there. Beginning with my key starts for week 14. And at quarterback, it's Sam Darnel hosting the Falcons and he's back on another hot streak here. He's been putting up good fantasy stats and three straight outings. But overall, it's been a pretty solid year fantasy wise for Darno.

He's got top 13 weekly finishes and nine of his 12 games.

And his opponent, the Falcons, they're giving up the eighth most fantasy points to

quarterbacks this year.

So Darnal locked in as a strong QB1 this week.

At running back, I don't do this often, but I'm picking somebody on my bills.

James Cook on the road against the Rams.

He's having a good year.

He's the RB 7 on the season.

He's got 11 touchdowns in 12 games.

He's also coming off his best performance of 2024, 120 scrimmage yards and a score in

the snow on Sunday night.

And the Rams have just been getting crushed by running backs lately.

They're the ninth easiest opponent for fantasy RBs.

Alvin Kamara, 119 scrimmage yards against them last week.

Sequan Barkley a couple weeks ago, over 300 yards and two touchdowns.

So get ready for cook to put up
