Why should somebody even consider building a personal brand?

The reason why is because there's a million and one people who already do what it is you want to do, what it is you are doing.

And that's your differentiator.

Your personal brand is like your reputation.

You don't have to develop a brand.

You are the brand.

We just have to figure out how you share that with the world, right?

It's not big, giant, bold things that make your brand unique.

It's just the little things that you're like cool with yourself about it.

There's just not enough people of a certain age who are putting themselves out there

because they think it needs to look a certain way.

It needs to look like you.

That's right.

If I were just starting to build my

brand from scratch, I would... Welcome to the department where we have conversations with people

who are killing it in their department. Today's department, I have my first returning guests.
