Every star in the starry night sky that is visible to human eyes has been seen before by other humans.

Everyone, those ancient people looking up at the stars, no matter how long ago they lived,

were made of stardust, just like you and me, and they told stories about the stars,

Some stories are remembered for generation after generation.

Some stories change every time they're told and some are forgotten.

A Fisher is an animal like a weasel or a wolverine.

Fisher's are brown with long furry tails and are just about the size of a cat.

Fisher's have ears like teddy bears and fishers can climb trees with their long claws and furry feet, a lot like little bears.

They eat snowshoe hairs and porcupines and mushrooms and when they can get them blueberries and saskatunes and wild strawberries.

Oh, check is a Fisher but he is made out of stars and when he eats mushrooms and berries, they are made of stars too.

Oh, check has been walking the starry sky since the last ice age when there was never summer in the north.

All the animals were starving for mushrooms and blueberries and other summer food and Oh, check was chosen to find summer and to bring it back to the north.

Oh, check went a long ways and overcame many hardships before he found summer but he did and he brought summer home again to the other animals.

But Oh, check didn't stay. He escaped into the starry sky to live forever.

He walks there still, eating star mushrooms and drinking star water from star rivers and star lakes.
