Hope everybody is having a great 4th of July week,

first week of the month here so far.

A little bit of a different kind of podcast this week. I had on Brett Siencia from Pick 6 previews, which is a lot of people probably know him for his account on Twitter.

And hopefully you've seen his 20-20 season preview book that he released last month.

Since the launch of Pick Six previews in 2012, their BCS and Power Five predictions

have been rated as the most accurate in the nation by Stassen.com, who's been tracking

prediction accuracy for decades and then after the release of Brett's 2019 season preview book he was

selected to become a Heisman Trophy voter and was invited on to 100 plus radio TV

podcast spots including now this one for the first time talking about Iowa State. He's a member of the Football Writers Association of America and also a voter on several national awards such as the Bolitnikov, Outland, and Nagurski. We just took a couple minutes, about 20 minutes or so, talking about Iowa State, talking about the Big 12, his predictions for the college football playoff, and I highly suggest everyone check out his book you can find it at

what the format is and I'm telling you it's different than any other that you're going to find.

He's got some different statistics and stuff that you don't really see in the whether it's the Phil Steele's or the Athons or whatever

not that those you know publications are. the Athons or whatever.

Not that those publications are not good.

And I every year go through the Athlon magazine

and write a blog and do stuff with it on
