I think the cross-country teams did really well at regionals too I think they won both of them won the region if I remember correctly I think even the individuals were

Iowa State or you can make the case where it was the best all-around weekend of

Iowa State athletics ever honestly I can't argue it yeah I mean I don't know every weekend of Ira State athletics but the

match-ups might be a little better for other weekends at playing you know more high-profile

teams but on the other hand I mean how often do you go 8-0 or whatever? you know or

or whatever it was across that many sports.

Exactly.

Did the volleyball team win?
