long time friend and former colleague of mine um he's probably the most he's kind of the dean of the

college football beat for a long time but he's about to step away and retire these dennis dodd

we'll have some good conversation with Dennis, really about the evolution

of the internet covering college football and how things have changed on the college

football beat in the last 30 years.

We'll get into a lot with Dennis.

Stanford fired Troy Taylor.

What happened?

Yeah, well, what happened was in credit to ESPN for getting the documents last week.

But unbeknownst to us, Troy Taylor started in late

2022, and by sometime in 2023, he was already being investigated for inappropriate comments,

mostly to women, colleagues, you know, just basically hostile behavior. There was a first investigation in

2023 that, you know, found, basically confirmed what the people had, the complaints had been
