Relax more.

into this moment, become one with this moment. There's no separation between that body and the moment, the

appearance, the world that appears to be happening around it, relax out of that body, out of that appearance,

out of that world.

You're only watching that world,

seeing that body, filling that body, the way you feel the

shirt on that body, that body is like a shirt on you. It's not you. to see this it helps to sit or stand still to stop mid action.

It's like you have to pause the game, you pause the movie so you can see the screen, so you can remember the screen is there, so you can remember that it's just a movie.

That's why it feels like you have no control over it. It was filmed in the beginning.

You watch, but because you're conscious, you're watching, You now have a choice.
