| 0:07.7 | But it was actually 98 kilometers |
| 0:09.3 | So just as long in terms of distances yesterday, but it had a whole lot more climbing |
| 0:13.6 | Before I get into the climbing 98 kilometers, so that's roughly 61 miles again |
| 0:19.1 | Okay, so climbing this one had |
| 0:22.0 | 250 meters or |
| 0:24.0 | 6,726 feet of climbing and |
| 0:26.0 | And it's a pretty climbing not |
| 0:30.5 | Not the most climbing. That's for sure. That one's gonna be stage five, but pretty climbing |
| 0:35.1 | This one is known for being rocky. That was like the name of the or the word of the day for this stage |
| 0:42.5 | And lots of rocks in different forms |
| 0:45.4 | We had sections of trail that felt like the American Southwest free give me that are really like |
| 0:51.1 | Like solid rocks and solid slabs like in Moab or something like that and then we just had really chunky rough stuff |
| 0:59.8 | There was a big descent that was relentless. I believe it was |
| 1:05.2 | About 20 minutes long of just like hammering non-stop on on rough rocks. It was pretty challenging on the body |
| 1:13.0 | That heat was also a factor today |
| 1:15.2 | So it's getting close to around 90 degrees Fahrenheit |
| 1:18.2 | I apologize Celsius on the convergence, but around 90 degrees Fahrenheit in fact. It's over that now |
| 1:24.4 | So that was a bit of a factor in some ways and it's dry after all that rain |
| 1:29.8 | We got the trails were already bone dry. So that was also challenging sand is no longer firm |
| 1:35.8 | It's really loose. So you have to constantly be changing lives and trying to figure out where you need to go |
| 1:41.5 | The stage starts and ends where we're it started in a different area and ended |
