And it's kind of that epiphany moment that either we're going to do something or this might kill us.

And we have another child,

and we can't do that.

So, we sat and talked about all those times when Aaron didn't get invited to birthday parties

and didn't get the invitation to go to the football games and didn't get asked to do things and

realize that if she had had somewhere to go where she felt safe and could have fun and it had absolutely nothing

to do with therapy.

Just fun.

Just fun to be with other kids and meet other kids and create friendships that she probably

would still be with us today.

just heard has done. Stacy's daughter, Aaron, was bullied and excluded by her peers because she had autism and

tragically that isolation led to her taking her own life at only 16 years old. Stacy and her husband Darren chose not to be victims
