area about 100 kilometers out of a large regional country city area. My town has about 200 people

in it, and there is no shops, meaning that the nearest shop is about 20 kilometers away. I also live

with my partner and we don't have any

kids yet. Now, four couples who are our best friends decided that we should all go on a four-wheel

drive camping holiday together to the top of Australia on Cape York Peninsula. We organize our annual

holidays to coincide together and we would be away for just under four weeks. My neighbor also

joined us, but his wife does not like camping or four-wheeling, so she decided

to stay at home.

About two weeks into our trip, we are camping rough just alongside rivers, creeks, or near

the beach, as we very slowly meander our way up to the tip of Australia.

As we near the top, there is a town about an hour from the tip and we call in there to fuel up and get some more supplies.
