Welcome to part of my take presented by Dr. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah the future. He is the future. Maybe even current face of this. He's everything. And I feel like this is viral marketing for the age of disclosure movie that's coming out and having Wimbee in the finals in New York I I was again. I love watching this first play That was a fun game seven it was I wanted that series to keep going on because I love the bad blood I love the back and forth fighting. I love how it seemed to be personal for both teams and both fan bases. That's what you like to see.

But now we get to see like the Spurs kind of, they break convention. They're so young, they haven't lost in the playoffs really before. They, a team, they haven't been in the playoffs before. They won't be able to build teams like the Spurs in the same way anymore because the rules of change in terms of like getting top picks in the NBA draft. So it's kind of crazy that they are so young to like buck all the convention and get it done against a battle tested team returning champion like the Thunder and Game 7. Like nobody expects that and they just imposed their will. No, it was incredible watch. It does not happen. This team you're supposed to lose before you win in the NBA and I going into Game seven. I thought Thunder would win. You thought the Thunder would win by a lot. And what happened was the spurs just didn't blink. They were unafraid. The shots, the shots they hit in that fourth quarter. I think that all starters in double 10 points or more. They, they just like every time they needed a big shot, they got it. The Luke Cornette block. You can't tell the story of the 2025, 2026 NBA season without Luke Cornette because he had two of the biggest blocks of the year. One, when he blocked all of the young kids being able to see strippers in Atlanta for Magic City night and two, when he blocked Hart inside which was like I obviously doesn't come down to one play but it kind of came down to one play because it was I think the difference between a four point game and then it went up to eight and it was incredible. There's a four point swing. So he blocks it then looks down core. I think he found Castle for an easy shot. Yeah. or the ball made its way to Castle for an easy shot.

What a block that was though.

This is I don't actually think this but it popped in my head and I have to share it. There was a moment during the game when they were talking about Wembee's wing span and standing reach that I had the dumbest take ever that I now will say out loud. I'm not that impressed by Wembe because he's the one guy in the NBA

Who if I if Wembe had my athleticism he could still dunk? Yeah, no, I'm not that impressed. I think that we're all better at playing Nerf basketball Maybe than Wembe is it playing real basketball? I was just thinking about it like my exact athleticism in Wembe's body. Yeah, no problem done Can I tell you guys something?
