man i'm doing good i appreciate you having me it's uh always good to chat with you and uh looking

forward to the topic today it's going to be some good discussions so i'm looking forward to it

yeah so that topic is uh prospects or just kind of unproven players that you and I think could get a lot of helium during the spring.

And, you know, I think you're a great person to have on for this show, not only because you're a great evaluator of prospects, but also, you know, you're kind of a,

you're a helium generator almost with the amount of, you know, spring video and just, you know,

data and stuff like that. I'm sure you'll have some viral videos before no time once those spring games get going.

So I thought it'd be fun to just kind of talk about which young players you and I could see,

you know, maybe jump in their ADP, 100 spots, 150 spots, maybe even just like 50 spots.

But, you know, we see this every year in the spring.

Just last year alone, you know, Jordan Walker, you and I were both out there in Florida, I believe,

when he was kind of the talk of first pitch Florida based on what he was doing in Cardinals camp, Anthony Volpe, obviously the guy that just was rocketing up draft boards last year based on what he did in the spring. So I'm sure it'll happen again. But I just wanted to ask you before we get into like sort of specific players, you know, what kinds of things are you looking for in the spring that kind of affects how you value some of these more unproven guys?

Sure. Yeah. It's it's tough to kind of weed out of the noise. Like there's a lot of noise, I think, in spring training.

And especially with young guys, you'll see these young guys that come up and they look really good.

And sometimes it works.

Sometimes it doesn't.

Sometimes you see guys that look like they're chalked to make the roster out of camp.
