Whatever your approach, the act of cleaning, is an everyday drudgy chore. Yes,

wiping surfaces hovering, those weird mousy fur balls that live under the sofa. But the subject

itself isn't as boring as it should be. It's stuffed with emotion, politics, aspiration. Just look at those

Instagram feeds devoted to perfectly rolled socks.
