Hey, what's going on? And Brad, you weren't here last week. That's true. I was absent, but I did watch the first episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Yeah, so why don't you think of the first episode?

In general, I enjoyed it.

It's definitely more straightforward than Wanda Vision as far as the storytelling style fits a little

bit more cleaner into the Marvel Cinematic Universe as far as just

how it shot, pretty straightforward action, narrative kind of thing.

But one thing I do appreciate, and I hope that this is a taste of what's to come for all these shows is that I like that it

allows us to dig into Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes as characters and I feel like the

the trauma that Bucky is still dealing with by, you know, being turned into an assassin by Hydra and the struggles that Sam is having as, you know, a black man who is a superhero and this social commentary on race and you know just his place in society as this black hero. There's a lot of interesting things that they're doing that I was not fully expecting.

And so and we'll talk more about how that carries even further into the second episode as well.

Yeah, these shows are about something more than the movies.

And by that I mean, you know, Wanda Vision being about depression and grief, and this being about the racial inequality and all that stuff which I'm sure we'll talk about,
