I'm Jacqueline from Toronto, Ontario, in Canada.

And I have a doppelganger story that I want to share with you guys.

I'm not sure if it actually is a doppelganger story that I want to share with you guys. I'm not sure if it actually is a doppelganger, so maybe you guys could share your perspective on this, but yeah.

So just a little bit of background.

My friend, she's very into the occult, or it kind of seems like she is,

uh, she's, she's really into dark type things and she likes antiquing and, uh, collecting

things from dead people's houses, like that kind of stuff.

Her and I are like polar opposites, but I mean, I guess opposites attract in terms of friends,

I guess, as well. So she's been my friend since middle school. And after I went to university, I didn't really connect with her as much as I used to.

So one day she kind of just messaged me out of nowhere and she just said, hey, I'm throwing this get together with a couple of old friends and whatnot.

So maybe try coming.

And I was like, oh, sure, that sounds like a great idea.

I mean, we used to be really, really close anyway. So I figured, like, why not? So I go over to her place, and it's all happy and dandy. She has, like, a basement apartment. Like, we watch movies,

play video games, and I end up staying over the night because she lived a little bit further away, a little far away.

So I figured it might as well stay over because we used to have sleepovers all the time anyway.

So that was that.

That's going to be important later.
