Television studios are very strange places. Their worlds built on illusion, bustling one minute, and a bit like a

theatre, completely silent and dead the next. During the day, they're alive with chatter, laughter,

and lights. But once the cameras stop rolling in the sets fall quiet, something else often takes their place.

A kind of energy that is lingering, watchful and very much alive.

Every soundstage, every backlot, every studio, corridor, dressing room, wardrobe room carries decades of emotion. And actors pour their hearts into scenes,
