Listen, as your rich besty TIF, I'm going to give you right now a piece of business advice, money advice, life advice, that if you follow it, it will absolutely pay off, and it took me many years to get to this point.

It does not have to take you this many years.

You're one decision away from that.

And that is to not give so many fucks about what other people are going to think about what you

share, about what you say, being so worried that you might offend somebody.

I'm not saying to not be compassionate

and make sure that you're being respectful

of other people's cultures and other people's situations. like if you're a respectful person with a genuine heart, you naturally do that.

But giving yourself permission to share your opinion on topics, on situations, on matters of the world, it is so exhausting

to be muting yourself and to be really drowning it down with all these platitudes and

all these surface level emotions because you know oh you don't want to go there but you resisting

being that polarizing as you are behind the scenes between you and your best friend, right, like behind closed doors, that's the version of

you that is going to make people want to listen, want to watch, want to take action, want to evoke

them into doing something, whether it's buying from you,

whether it's taking an action that's going to better their lives or someone else in their life.

And yeah, it's vulnerable because you're actually really being you and this new thing

that we're experimenting with over here I brought on my dear friend Regina Lawrence

as my co-host.
