Hello, everyone, and welcome to another episode of Spill the Baby T, a podcast where we can't

only talk about all things motherhood and parenthood. My name is Helen Wu-Wing,

I'm a mom to a 20-month-old baby boy, and I'm here to create a space where we can all share,

connect, and feel a little less alone. On our last Spill the Baby T episode,
