I'm here to tell you that this organization is turning a corner as an organization.

And I'm not saying just the big league team, who is, of course, as you mentioned, 20 games under 500.

But that guy right there, Miguel Vargas, could very well be a legit piece. In his last 29 games,

he's got an OPS of 950, seven homers, 17 ribs. And this dovetails quite nicely with some very

specific advice that he got via the organization that came to him and said, hey, we've been looking

and we think you could do this. And he said, oh, really? Okay, I'll try.

And it has immediately paid dividends.

That is but one data point of a much broader picture if you are paying attention

and zooming out that can make you feel and has made me feel like the organization is

turning a corner.

I would also like it if they just left him at the position that he's supposed to play.

Oh, that's entirely fair.

That maybe the big league manager can leave him over there.

They don't really have an answer at first base.

There should be plenty of answers at first base that don't cause you to move a guy who is having a good

season playing at a more premium position.
