1:07.1	I know you ran a 2.30, which is remarkable. I know that you won your age group of 50 and over.

1:19.7	Give us an update on the race, the weather, how difficult it was and your expectations if they were fulfilled.
1:29.6	Yeah, thank you. It was races actually still going on. I when I say I just finished like I just finished ran back to the hotel took a shower. I ran two hours, 30 minutes and 20 seconds. I had hoped I would run just under 2.30.
1:44.2	I went through the first half at 112 feeling good,
1:47.0	but it's very fast first half.
1:48.7	It's pretty much downhill for the first half.
1:50.8	And then you hit like Heartbreak Hill, which is a series of like four hills from 16 to 21 miles which is super debilitating but even when I got through there at 22 I still thought okay I could run 227 to 28 in the last two miles oh my God it was a death
2:06.8	March I was I like I didn't even think I would be able to finish it was just all like guts and
2:12.1	heart just trying to be around right I mean championship rounds and
2:17.1	Literally like that's what it felt like like someone was trying to kill me and I was trying to fend them off that's I mean it was that kind of desperation in my mind of like,
