0:27.0	Representative Chu serves on the House Ways and Means Committee, which of course deals with our legislation pertaining to taxes, revenues, Social Security, and Medicare.
0:36.0	She also serves on the House Small Budget Business Committee and was first elected to the Board of Education for Garvey School District back in 1985.

1:00.2	in 2024? Everybody around me is wildly enthusiastic. They were kind of
1:10.0	depressed prior to this huge announcement a little over a week ago when President
1:15.3	Biden stepped down and you know so many of us have such strong affection for
1:20.4	President Biden but we knew that he might not be up to the campaign.
1:27.1	And so we were just a little downcast because so much is riding on this. The person at the top of the ticket influences how the down ballot race is going and you know that we're very set on taking back the house.
