Welcome to the beat up, Mari Melber. We have a special report tonight on the prosecutor

of America who may scare Donald Trump the most. New, unseen footage from special counsel

Jack Smith that's coming up. Meanwhile, McCarthy has tapped Santos for a committee that, well,

you wouldn't believe it. We begin now with the serious reports of actual domestic terrorism

in our nation. A new Mexico Republican arrested for allegedly targeting the other party, Democrats,

accused of shooting into at least four homes of Democratic officials. There's new video of

feds taking this suspect, Solomon Penney and Ducusty, in New Mexico. He calls himself the

MAGA King. He's basically a failed candidate for local office. He lost that November election

by a wide margin. He will be in court tomorrow facing possible criminal conspiracy charges.

Police say he's the mastermind of a string of shootings, political violence from the right.

In this case, targeting Democrats that goes all the way back to last month December. Police say

he might have been motivated by the anger he felt over his loss as a Republican in November.

After the election in November, Solomon Penney reached out and contracted someone for

a amount of cash money to commit at least two of these shootings. On the last shooting, we now

have evidence to that Pena himself went on this shooting and actually pulled the trigger on at least one

of the firearms that was used. This is very serious and very dangerous. The new criminal complaint notes

among other issues that the bullets tore through the walls of a 10-year-old girl's bedroom while she

slept present inside the room. Pena has posted online, and most recently, November 15th, when he

talked about Trump announcing and noting he didn't concede the race he lost, researching my options.

He wrote, he had his MAGA gear and a Trump signature at the bottom of a hoodie. You can't tell from

the photo whether that is a legitimate hand signature or some other facsimile. Pena appears to

have attended the January 6th insurrection, at least in some format according to Albuquerque
