0:58.4	The story everyone's been waiting for, the question everyone has, how did Donald Trump get taken off the ballot in Colorado?
1:06.2	Let's walk through it.
1:07.6	First and foremost, this case, it's called Anderson versus Griswold, and it was brought in Colorado by some voters in Colorado seeking to
1:17.2	disqualify Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot based on one particular clause of the Constitution.
1:25.0	This clause is called the Disqualification Clause.
1:28.0	And what the Disqualification Clause says is this,
1:32.0	No person shall be a senator or representative in Congress or
1:36.7	elector of president and vice president or hold any office civil or military under the United States or under any state who
1:47.7	previously took an oath to support the Constitution and has since engaged in insurrection or rebellion against it or has
