Axel Cohagen, so good to talk with you, sir. When you were on last time, we were talking about a horror movie marathon that you do, and I guess you are ready to actually bite the bullet and take part in that.

0:16.5

Absolutely. It is Axel Scares. That's how you can find it on Instagram. AXEL scares. It's also Axel's Cares. So it kind of works both ways. I will be watching 20 new to me horror movies over the course of two and a half days from September 13th to the 15th.

In those first two years, it was any movie.

1:38.3

It didn't have to be scary movies.

1:40.5

I did it just for fun in, I don't even remember what year, but another video store was going out of business, so I spent $20, got 20 VHS tapes, and just binged them.

1:56.8

Last year, I decided it'd be fun to do again because a horror convention I normally went to didn't have the guests I was looking for, and I had decided not to go.

2:08.9

And I was missing that feeling because it gets me excited for the Halloween season.

2:14.2

So I thought, why not do the marathon again and use it to raise money? So last year it was

2:21.5

for suicide prevention. And this year, it's a little more specific. I am raising money for the

2:28.7

Trevor Project, which is very important in providing mental health resources to LGBTQIA plus youth.

2:39.0

So why the switch up with charities?
