Can you remember a day with this much news covering North Carolina basketball?

I've been around North Carolina basketball my entire life, and I can't remember a day with as much news on varying fronts as today. What do you think?

Yeah, I think when you had the varying fronts part, that makes a lot of sense. You know, the transfer portal has changed the way all this works. So I would say you have to

kind of go within the last five years to try to find something. And outside of the coaching

search stuff, which there, you know, there's a lot of stuff with that, but some of it couldn't

be reported or wasn't reported. Whereas this, this is all coming out like hour after hour after

hour.

And the funny thing is, like, I think everybody knew that eventually some stuff was going to have to happen because it had been since Tuesday when Michael Malone was hired and the

transfer portal opened.

And UNC didn't have a commitment.

Obviously, they had guys go in the portal, but it was just kind of a

holding pattern. And like, then it got to Thursday and it's still a holding pattern. And then it got to Saturday. And then it got to Sunday. And it's like, okay, there's only a week left in the portal after today. So things kind of have to start on Monday, right? Didn't expect everything to start happening kind of back to back on the hour for about six

straight hours but that's the way it works this stuff is we is everybody always says it moves

very very quickly and um you know we just can't get stuff out fast enough to to kind of keep pace

so it's fun um it's exciting it's different um and there's a lot to go through. So we can start with that. Yeah. And Spencer, I'm going to bring you in.
