I was talking to one of the artists and we were talking about what it's all about

and I said, for me it's the three Fs. It's fun, hood, and fellowship. And he said, are you having a good day? I said, well, if those three things are accomplished, I'm having a grand day.

Finances come late and last. If I believe I'm blessed to the good Lord above, the finances will take care of themselves. And that's always been my approach, and I think the geeks, I think

they fully understand that. They've taken it a mile beyond that.

They've given this business that I had the pleasure of beginning 22 years ago,

an entity, but more important, a voice for all of us, a voice that they're not going to, they're not going to quit. They're going to prolong it. They're going to

live with it. And as long as they have good men and women behind them and families, they will support

that and keep that passion alive, folks, it's only beginning. It's not going to die. All right? What dies in us is the little

kid in us. And we let other people take that away from us. You can't allow that to happen.

But back to the fun food and fellowship, finances come late, but he said more importantly,

faith, I couldn't agree with him 200% more if you

have the passion and you continue to do what you love to do everything else falls in

the place these guys have blessed me by being employees and that's been a blessing

all together the friendship level is there and always will remain.
