Stu is actually taking this week off, getting a little personal time.

So we have a really, really good co-host for the show today.

Mike Loxley, the head coach at Maryland.

We're going to dig into some interesting stuff with him,

things that I think are really important,

bigger than football, quite honestly.

I did a story a few weeks back on mental health awareness

and why it's such a issue that is so important to him and his family.

We'll also talk about his team.

Maryland is in year three of the Mike Loxley era.

He has had kind of a reboot on his coaching staff,

and he has a very talented offense,

especially from the skill position standpoint,

a loaded group of receivers as well as a big-name quarterback in Talia Tagaviloa,

who Loxley coached his older brother Tua at Alabama just a few years ago. We also will get into the coalition

that he formed to really help get some momentum behind the issue of minority football coaches,

getting opportunities to be head coaches, both in college and pro football. It is an issue

that he is, another issue that he is really out on the forefront

and taking a lead on.
