Josh, I know Rabbi Brody. Oh, my gosh. He's been a fan for a long time. He's known me since I'm a child. I read an article recently. One of my friends shared with me, which was written on a faith website,

the Great Pastor Resignation.

And the pastor was explaining his resignation while he's stepping down.

He says, I've become part of what is known as the Great Pastor resignation that came in the wake of the pandemic.

Barnard did a national survey of pastors, and as of March 2022,

so March 2022, 42 percent of pastors considered quitting. 42%. So let's include for our arguments like rabbis, pastors, clergy. And the reasons are myriad,

but here are the top five reasons why your rabbi is thinking of moving on to something else.
