And to talk about that, we need to talk about the famous mythologist Joseph Campbell. You'll hear clips of Joseph Campbell and scenes from Star Wars to illustrate the trials, tribulations and lessons from The Hero's Journey and how they are relevant to us. For the story of every human life is the story of heroes. In a way, we are all heroes. But not all of of heed the call to adventure. Learn about the power of mindset, mentors and training and how being a hero means dedicating yourself to something bigger than your immediate experience of life.

because Star Wars is something that has been in my life for a very long time. In fact, I was just two years old when I was on my dad's shoulders,

Empire Strikes Back and I didn't even know what to expect I was so young but once we sat down, once we watched the entire movie, I was

spellbound. I was so taken back by the story, the struggles, the

characters, what they were going through and how they overcame things

and that even at my young age there was something that resonated deeply even though I had basically no experience in the world at two years old.

Braveheart or Gladiator, but what's behind all these movies is the Hero's Journey, something I've talked about before and something that I want to dive into deeper today.

And if we're talking about the hero's journey, we must talk about Joseph Campbell the most famous mythologist of our time.

He wrote a very well-known book called The Hero of a Thousand Faces.
