this is not how we do it. This is really different. This is an episode unlike no other and it's a prize for our girl.

My co-host my partner and crime my best friend Lindsey Simpson on her 30th goddamn birthday. Y'all it is not almost 30. It is 30 today for Lindsey. So we wanted to get together a bunch of the people that love her.

Just as honestly this is a snapshot of the people that love Lindsey. So this is just the people that I could get my hands on even though I know there are so many other people that love love love Lindsey.

And we just wanted to wish her a happy birthday. So this episode is really different. Almost 30 nation. I know you guys will love it because you guys love Lindsey so much. But we are just going to give the floor to some of the people that love Lindsey the most to wish her a happy birthday.

And if you guys don't know Lindsey and I have been friends for two years now maybe a little bit more, but there hasn't been anyone in my life that felt more like the missing puzzle piece than Lindsey.

She is the most selfless caring person I've ever met. Like as an example, every time I see Lindsey, she brings me a gift. Like she'll bring me a water. She'll bring me a kombucha.

She'll like buy presents randomly and like at a point when you've been friends with someone, you know, you're like, yeah, what up? You know, so it's not like you take it's not like you take it for granted, but you're like, yo, like, you know, like it's just like you kind of get lazy like in relationships.

Lindsey never fails to show the people that she loves. How much she loves them by doing everything she can in her power. She goes out of her way every single day to show people that she cares and that she is willing to do anything.

And I've never met anyone like that that never let me down that never, you know, was always there for me always listened would always just be that sounding board for everything. And I couldn't be more grateful that we started almost 30 podcasts together because of her and her hard work. A lot of this.

And I guess it is because of her and her hard work and our work together. We've created this community and we have you guys and we have you as friends and us people that we love. So let's all wish Lindsey a happy birthday and the secret almost Facebook.

Secret almost 30 or I know I'm just what I call it. Secret 30 now secret secret Chris almost 30 secret Lindsey 30 Facebook group.

Say happy birthday to her. We are not changing the name from almost 30 now that she's 30. So don't ask us shit about that because I don't want to talk about it.

Christa Williams but it's a very special episode Lindsey is no longer almost 30 she cannot live by the podcast name anymore she is officially 30 years old on September 14th pretty crazy another decade has gone by in her life.

It's been a pretty amazing decade as far as I know being her brother more recently I've been living with her in the last three months seen hell of a lot go down a lot of positive stuff a lot of negative stuff.

But I mean you need that balance you're never going to live a life without a little bit of negativity right a little bit of failure and I've definitely seen that gone down in her life but in the end there's always something I think that rebounds that negativity and it's a positive outcome.

And I'm just excited to see what the next decade of her life holds you know the decade after that just the rest of her life it's very exciting big things kind of happening in her life some things you guys know of more recently she became an ambassador for Lou lemon which is awesome because that means I'll be getting free stuff from Lou lemon.
