Wellness Lab at Boston Children's Hospital. She spent years working at the intersection of technology,

media, and child development, including roles at Google, YouTube, Disney, and Mattel,

and now focuses on how to

create a healthy online future for kids. She shares what her team has learned from surveying

more than 1,500 teens, how school phone policies really impact students, and what families

should know about navigating kids' tech use, both inside and outside the classroom.
